The breakfast was lovely and very very good with multiple options, and the staff where outstandingly friendly! My queen room with " Cape " ambience, underfloor heating and great view was new-fashioned. The location was great and amazing and I could use free parking outside.

The location is marvellous and brilliant, just next door to the centre of Franschhoek as well as the Rickety Bridge vineyard, we really enjoyed it. Besides, the hotel is located 4 km away from La Motte.

Basse Provence Country House was one of our best accommodations during our South Africa vacation. Very nice and friendly staff, very good breakfast, great location with incl. wine tasting in the neighbouring estate. Were unfortunately only 1 night there. Absolutely recommendable.
